FEATURES: This bushing can be cast in place or potted, just like a Diamond-Groove Bushing, or can be pressed into an installation hole. The straight knurl provides excellent resistance to rotation, but provides less resistance to axial forces than a diamond knurl. Since the bushing's OD is not ground, the ID must be accurately located during casting or potting to ensure accuracy in the finished tool.

NO-COUNTERBORE ON LONG BUSHINGS: Extremely long bushings with a small ID size (marked * ) are counterbored according to ANSI standards for proper drill-bearing length to eliminate binding and heat buildup.
